THE BELOW INFORMATION IS FOR ORGS
RECRUITING AT CLUB CRAWL: THE OFFICIAL INVOLVEMENT FESTIVAL AT TEXAS A&M
Howdy!!
It’s Jamie and Annie from the Club Crawl Team ready spread some good news to all you chief student leaders, primary contacts, and student organization advisors. We are here to provide an update on locations and logistics for the big day.
But before we get to the directory and map let’s chat a little bit about how to get the most out of recruiting at Club Crawl. We want to start with a big THANK YOU for registering for the Spring 2026 Club Crawl: The Official Involvement Festival at Texas A&M! We are so glad to help connect you to Aggies! Our team has been working hard for months to create a fun, interactive, SAFE event and we need your help to make it all happen!
Please make sure to read this ENTIRE email
as it’s your responsibility to pass this information to your members.
With safety in mind, we will be very strict about Club Crawl rules. This means only TWO members at your table at any given time. This includes shift changes. Remember, three violations of Club Crawl rules and you’ll be asked to leave the event with your org being barred from the next two Club Crawl events (that's a full calendar year).
Please do not block hallways or impede the flow of traffic inside the MSC. This includes stair landings. Do not gather or congregate around the tops or bottoms of stair landings. Please be sure to keep in motion as this is due to State of Texas Fire Code.
Check-in will begin at 10:45 a.m. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR TABLE. Please see below on where to check-in at:
- If your org type is professional and career; political and advocacy; arts and entertainment, academic and honors, you will check-in at the 12th Man Hallway Information Desk.
- This is located in 12th Man Hall, next to Rev's.
- If your org type is health, sports and recreation; fraternity and sorority life; special interest; service, multicultural and international; social; religious and spiritual, you will check in at the directory table in the Respect Lounge (next to the staircase opposite of the convenient store and vending machines).
- DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR TABLE – any organization that goes to their table without checking first will forfeit their table.
- Check-in ends at 12:45 – if your organization has not checked in by this time, your org will forfeit their table
TAKE ME TO THE DIRECTORY AND MAPS!
A few things to remember about Club Crawl:
- TABLES WILL BE PROVIDED – your organization does not have to bring one.
- Your organization must check in by 12:45 pm. Failure to check-in or going directly to your table without checking in will result in forfeiting your table without refund.
- Only 1 organization per table; i.e. no sharing tables.
- You will not be allowed to hang materials on MSC walls. Plan for another method to display your materials.
- Due to fire code violations, tables are not allowed to have chairs unless they have a medical or ADA compliant reason. Please do not move any property of the Memorial Student Center, including furniture, signage, etc.
- No balloons are allowed inside the building.
- Electrical outlets will not be available at any table. DO NOT bring extension cords as they cause tripping hazards. If you bring one, this will count as a violation.
- Do not place any items in front of your table as this is also a tripping hazard. If you place an item in front of your table, this will count as a violation.
- Please ensure your violation sheet is easily visible. If we cannot see your violation, this will result in an automatic violation.
- Parking will be available in both Gene Stallings Garage and University Center Garage
- Prices are subject to change, visit https://transport.tamu.edu/parking.aspx for information.
