Fill out the Club Crawl Registration Form

Don’t forget to make payment as well. Complete payment for Club Crawl $100. The fastest way to complete payment is by SOFC Credit Card Payment Request.

Registration is considered complete when the registration form and payment have been submitted.

Please allow one business day for transactions to post. After one business day, please check this list to ensure your org is listed.

CLUB CRAWL SCHEDULE
